It's the Holiday Season

December 1st means I can finally post this drawing. I've been saving it since mid October, and it features my newest character, Jenn.

Jenn is a backcountry snowboarder known for her loose riding style and lack of fear. On her latest excursion through the backwoods of the Rockies, her an her second half, Brooke decided to slalom through a heavily wooded section of the mountain. We'll get into Brooke and her story later. Normally both girls have incredible reflxes and pinpoint accuracy in dense woods, but the two thought it would be a good idea to party the night before.

Still a bit tipsy from their night of fun, the two bombed through the trees hitting speeds that would get you pulled over on the average highway. They were doing surprisingly well, still trash talking back and forth as usual, until Brooke lost focus, caught a stray root, and bucked it into a hard packed snowbank legs and board first. Having just witnessed her friend shit-whip herself into the snow, she couldn't help but burst into laughter. In her drunken fit of laughter, she forgot they were almost at the bottom of the run, leading into a small mountain town. She looked up just in time to see the red brick chimney.

The next thing she remembers was waking up in an ambulance, staring up at gruff and rugged paramedic (just her type). He looked down at her and chuckled. "You think you're in bad shape? You should see the chimney!". She let out a quiet laugh just before blacking out.
